I have come across this obsolete and am having trouble finding any reference for it.

It's in Haxby as NY-1915-G32 for the genuine note or C32 for the Contemporary Counterfeit. Haxby has the genuine note as SENC but the

CCFT is known. Cat Value (1988), $40 in VG, $65 VF for the CCFT.

That's a really cool find. And I love the double plate position (not only on this note but all obsoletes.)
