Chase bank of New York 1929 series $10

i got this at a gas station today and was wondering if it was worth anything and if i could get some help with the grade....

Grade: Apparent 10 (my opinion)

 

$30 sounds about right

In its current condition, probably little more than face value. Perhaps someone may pay a bit more since it is arguably a cutting error with what looks like a bit of the adjacent note showing on the obverse top, and errors on 1929 Nationals are very scarce.

 

If it were me, I would try to find an error dealer like executive currency.

It's not an error. 1929 national bank notes were cut by hand at each bank. That is not considered an error.
