1923 Siver cert serial # question

I'm a coin guy that occasionally (usually after a few beers) sees something that I think is cool in a currency auction. I just bought a 2 note package (1923 Silver Certs) raw from Heritage. The only reason I bid was because the ser # on one was as pictured here. Is there a name for this type of repeating (stuttering) serial # ? My thanks to you paper guys.

If you find it interesting that is most important, but I do not think there is a big collector premium to be paid for it. Thanks for posting.
