That bond is extremely common. Back in the 1980's paper money dealer Claud Murphy found a hoard of thousands of these bonds. They were selling for just a couple dollars. If you contact Claud at claud and judith murphy currency, he probably still has some he will sell you cheap. You might get as much a $10 for one from someone who is not familliar with them but not from any serious collector.
