Did all of these banks issue National Bank Notes?

I was just wondering if all of these banks issued their own national currency? If they did, I am interested in finding a Waynesboro, MS note and maybe a few others.

The answer to your question is "NO"....... There were quite a few banks, (that although they had charters) never issued any notes with their names on them...... there were a variety of reasons for this........ As for the Waynesboro bank that you mention, no notes were issued.
