Info on Foreign Currency and Possible Grading (50 SEN)

Hello all - newbie here!

 

I honestly have no idea where I got this currency from - I've had it for years and it survived numerous moves.

 

I wanted to add this paper currency into my software database however, I cannot read any of it. If possible, I am looking for anyone that can tell me at least the following information (more would be better):

Year of Actual Currency attached:

FR#, P#, KL#, etc:

Series:

Seal:

Variety:

City:

State:

Bank:

Signatures:
