Will you grade a note with some "plastic" sticked on it?

i have a specimen note but it is sticked on a black plastic sheet, the main part of the plastic sheet is cut but still some sticked on the banknote.

 

Will you grade this banknote or i need to remove the "plastic" before sending it?

Or can you help me remove it?
