Do web press notes really have any value?

I have come across a rather large lot (560 notes) of web press notes.

 

Most of them are in circulated condition, probably good to very fine.

 

I was wondering whether or not there is much of a market for these.

 

I haven't had much time to check out the lot yet but all three series are present, but I am not sure which districts or blocks are there yet.

 

What should I look for in this lot?

The 1988A series B-L block are rare ($100 in G/VG) and the F-* block are very rare ($200 in G/VG). These are the keys to the series.

There is still a market for web press notes but don't expect to get high prices unless the note is XF or better or a key date as described above.
