Semi-ladder/repeater - Circ. 2006 $1 FRN S/N help

Question - I came across this note last week and the S/N caught my eye. Would this be considered a semi-ladder/semi-repeater? or do I have just a semi-ladder?Trying to decide if the note is worth saving and sending in with my bulk submission.

The color is good (bad scan) and the note is still crisp.
