I love the look of old battered currency. Which is ok because on a lot of the older issues thats all I can afford anyway. Lets see your battered notes!

Here is one I have that is pretty well worn:

This one has it all. Stains, Stamps, 4 heavy creases, etc. 1934 star $1 silver certificate.

But I couldn't turn down the pawn shop price at $4.

The $50 is so cool, even the digits in the serial number add up to 12 to match the SF Fed district number!

Here's a $50 I got from the bank. I didn't even notice it was from 1934 until I tried to spend it at a bar, and the bartender wouldn't take it because it didn't have the "strip" through it. I guess that's why he's a bartender -- HA.

Nice ones! I got a 1934 $50 from San Francisco about 6 years ago, always cool to find in ciculation. Heck I got a 1995 $10 bill last week and was excited!
