Fr1120 from CGA 63 to PMG 55

Is this typical of the "overgrading" done by CGA? If so, are many CGA notes selling these days?

Picture not working and if that is the case - I'm glad I only use PMG.

 

I had a PCGS 1995 $2 Star FRN that I had graded by PMG (out of the PCGS holder) - dropped from a 66 to a 65 EPQ.

I'll just say I would trust the grading from PMG over CGA any day.

Not sure if any of you know but CGA is now under new ownership. I know the guy who bought it and I believe things will change there. I don't own any CGA notes and would by PMG over CGA anyday. Even CGA's holders seem cheap. CGA may have a forum of their own one day so I hear. I think if the company changes some things, they will be right up with PMG and PCGS. I do see alot of over graded notes through CGA so I hope things get better
