What about Philippine Guerilla Notes?

I have a few Philippine Guerilla Notes, but I have no idea about their relative scarcity or value. These were printed in 1942 and 1943 when Japanese forces occupied the US Commonwealth, and they were printed on various grades of paper. Generally, they start out looking pretty official, and then get rather ragged towards the end of the series.

 

Are you familiar with the series? Are there any good resources on the subject?
