SILVER CERTIFICATES

I'm a comic book collector but am visiting the coin boards for the first time as I have been tasked with liquidating some silver coins from my Dad's estate.

 

But I have 2 questions re. silver certificates...

1. Are they worth anything in general?

2. I have one that is an Ivy Baker Priest that is co-signed by Ivy Baker Priest (of course I have no way to verify this but I do know for a fact that my dad's late wife (my step-mom) got it signed personally. Is that worth anything?
