Japanese wartime currency

I was wondering if these had any monetary value (if any). I just found these in the closet. My dad says they look like war time issued currency.

Any help would be greatly appreciated as I know nothing about currency (I'm more of a comic and baseball card collector). The second scan looks to be more recent.

I've seen several Japanese invasion notes from WW2. They generally sell for $1-5 apiece on EBay and at coin shops in my area. Here are some examples of the so-called Mickey Mouse Money:
