I only have the following:

 

D (Cleveland Fed) FW print one of 5 consecutive. All the rest you already have. I only have 23 1995 $1 notes, most of those from the Minneapolis Fed.

I have districts 2,4,6,7,9 and 10 can anyone help me out with the rest of the 95 stars circ VF+ be helpful.

 

ps- also a higher VF+ I-9 star would be cool too.

Sorry, I have stars for series 1993 and 1999 but none for 1995.
