Does anybody have any idea as to what it is worth? Any other information about it would be appreciated, too. Thanks!

Whoa thats nice. I like the red seal charters better than the blue ones but I rarely ever see them around. Thats a nice find there.

70, just like coins. Sweet note, I find the bank president interesting as I know a few members of that family.

Perhaps the fact that when it sold raw in Heritage's FUN 2007 sale, it was allegedly cataloged as EF+. Link to other thread discussing the note.

Trimed a little close at the bottom, a little handling, maybe something about the back?
