Turn the brightness down, and scan with a black background, it will be a lot easier to grade that way.

Don't know much about currency Ant but this shows to start in Fine condition at $50, EF at $110.

I'd call it Very Fine EPQ/PPQ. I see at least 3 vertical folds, one horizontal, and just overall too much handling to be XF. The embossing looks great though, however the teller stamps and writing aren't helping anything.

agreed. it looks like a VF note - I would give it the choice except for the teller marks, which take away from the paper quality.

i baught it for 50$ did i get dooped.its still very nice i think

I can't say 100% for sure, but $50 seems high for the condition.

im finding a few more notes to send and we will find out what it gets. im prety new to the note aspect of money but i like!

Submit it to PMG and see what they say!! The writing on the front and the bank stamps on the back may bring the grade down but overall a very nice note!!
