How Do I Add Notes or Edit an Existing Competitive PMG Registry Set?

1. Log in to Collectors Society

 

2. After you log in, you will be at your Control Panel where your existing sets are displayed in the bottom portion of the screen.

 

3. Click or select ‘Edit’ box to the RIGHT of the set you wish to edit.

 

 

The edit page allows you to modify the set name and description and add or change any notes in your set.

 

4.  Now you are ready to type in your PMG Certification numbers. Type your certification number (including the dash) in the empty rectangle in the column labeled Cert #. Continue to enter in any corresponding certification numbers you own down the column.

 

 

5. Once you have finished adding notes or comments, scroll down to the bottom left, and click ‘Save’.

 

Field definitions for the Edit Set page:

Note Competing – this is the description of the specific note you currently have registered for this slot

Score – number of points for the current note in the set

Cert # - add a new cert number in this field and scroll to the bottom of the page and click Save to update the set.

Remove Note – allows you to delete a note from the set. Click the link in this column, scroll to the bottom of the page and click Save to delete.

Note Description– add personal descriptive text for a specific note. Many participants use this field to describe the appearance of a note and/or to tell the story of how the note was acquired. To modify existing text or comments for a note, click the ‘Edit Note’ link found beneath the general note description in the ‘Note Competing’ column.

Photos - You are permitted to upload two photos per note. However, each photo must not exceed 120k.

Available Note – notes already registered to you that are eligible for the slot will display in this column, you can view the specific certification numbers by clicking this button.
