Delete a Registered Note

Log in to Collectors Society.

 

From the ‘My Registry’ menu click ‘Notes Manager’.

 

 

Enter search criteria for the note you wish to locate and click ‘Search.’ (If you enter the certification number in the ‘Cert Num’ field, there is no need to enter any additional search criteria) Or, to view all notes registered to you, simply leave all fields blank and click SEARCH. *Please note that the Country field will default to United States, so this will need to be cleared to display all of your notes.

 

Click the selection box that appears in front of the note you wish to delete.

 

Scroll down to the end of the list and click ‘Delete’.

 

 

A confirmation page will appear where you can cancel your request or click 'Confirm Delete'.
