    what doe's "ink" or "minor ink" mean? on the back of PMG holder, and what type of ink is it (regular everyday store bought ink)?, or ink from the Bureau of Engraving and Printing?, also if the ink is not from the BEP would the graded note receive a 'NET' designation?
