Hi My note was received at your facility on 6/28/23 for Standard service #2192520 ....it seems to still be in the Grading/Encapsulation/Imaging stage and has been there for what seems to be 10 days....its already been 25 working days since submission and at submission time the site said 16 days turnaround and now it says 20. Thank you.
