Hello, Would you mind looking at the attached images of a 2013 dollar bill I received with some change today and maybe tell me if it's worth submitting it to PMG? The first 2 pics I took with my phone. The others were taken from a microscope camera. I was thinking it was ink added during cerulation but then took notice to the shape which is identical if rotated to the right to the frame around George. Also when zoomed in there's a pattern similar to the frame as well.
