I have just added twenty two new 1963A, 1969A and B, 1988A and 2006 series notes to my $1 District Set with Star and Varieties. As notes in my last up date, I have a total of 380 notes going to PMG for grading in the next fifteen submissions, which will fill out most of the district sets. Also I plan to complete this District Master Set by the end of 2014. In the District Master Set there are a total of 366 notes and is 61% completed. This set consists of 599 notes at this time, but will be corrected as the MULE notes are added and the 2009 and 2013 series are added. The note count will change as they are added. I have sent in PMG for grading some series 1993 FR #1918 and 1919 mule notes, none are listed in the PMG population report.

THE NEW 2017 SERIES WILL BE ADDED TO ALL EXISTING SETS, ALSO THE COMPLETION OF THE MULE AND BACK PLATE ERROR NOTES FOR ONE DOLLAR SETS AND UPDATING ONES THRU THE ONE HUNDERS DOLLARS REGULAR ISSUE NOTES SETS.

As I complete the One Dollar Master Set with only 43 notes remaining, I will spend more time building the other series of notes starting with the Two Dollars series thru the One Hundred Dollars notes, the first will be the Fifty Dollars notes and working to update and fill in the open slots. The second will be the five dollars sets. This will take some time to complete, for all of the sets. You will see them change as the notes are added to the sets. As part of this expansion I hope to see the BEP SHEET NOTES be added to the Registry sets, this would fill in and complete all of the sets for the One, Fives, Tens and Twenty Dollars notes that were printed by BEP and sold thru the BEP store buy United States Mint as a “premium product for the collectors”.

UPDATING THE SCORING SYSTEM and CORRECTING THE SETS FOR MULES AND BACK PLATE ERROR NOTES

I am very happy to see the Registry adding and updating the scoring system and also being proactive in adding the new series of 2017 notes as the information is issue by BEP and other website for the notes that have been printed. In this way a collector can see what notes that have been printed an issue by BEP and can picked up a new note as a bank note fine. They also have update the sets with mules (m) and back plate error (bpe) notes for the one dollar sets with stars and varieties and checking with the notes that are existing in the population report. Over the last year they have corrected and changes the scoring for more than hundreds notes and sets. Also at this time you can see the changes made to the scoring over the past six months. They have also added new 2017 sets for the one and twenty dollars notes along with star notes for that series.

The next is for the Registry to correct and update the existing remaining scoring system that stall have some of notes with duel or two difference scores or points for the same note, this was part of the old scoring system stall exist within the system today. This may take some time for the Registry to correct and remove all of the dual scoring.

BEP NEW RUNS - ONE thru HUNDRED DOLLARS NOTES with STARS – NO WOMAN ON THE TWENTY DOLLARS BILL
The closing out of the 2013 series notes, the first printing were in November 2013, could be change out within the next two years with the changing of the existing Treasurer of the United States or the Secretary of the Treasury, the year could be as soon as 2017 or 2020 with the printing delay with the new series notes. The 2013 notes came in under the presidency of Barack Obama’s under his second term, the newly elected president will have a change of appointing a new Secretary of the Treasury and a Treasurer of the United States, after January of 2017 with him being sworn in as the 45 President of the United State of America. Only after the printing on new notes will see if the change made to 2013 will remain or if some changes are made. The first notes were the 2017 $1 dollar currency printed in 50-subject sheet format, but the other were printed on 32-subject sheet.

Also during the same time the new resign twenty dollars notes was to be printed with Harriet Tubman the first African-American woman on United State currency and would replace President Andrew Jackson on the twenty dollars notes. This would be the first woman in more than a century that will appear on US currency. The new designs was to be unveiled in 2018 and go into circulation shortly after the unveiling of the new twenty small size Federal Reserve note.

The currently announced delay could be a precursor to outright cancelation of the Tubman portrait. With Trump in the Whitehouse we will not see a new twenty in the near future with a women’s right to vote. For more information see David C. Harper in May issue Numismatic News.

This BEP report list all the notes that were printed by both the Eastern Washington, DC and the Western Fort Worth, TX location. This report cover all production ranges printed with serial number and star notes, for One Dollar thru the One Hundred Dollars notes. This is first time the FED under this admirations, that they have miss the last three months for February, March and April production reports. The last update by uspapermoney website was for January production and was posted on February 19, 2019. Also on the last update “U.S. Bureau of Engraving and Printing” website show January 2019 production. You can see the number of slots change as more Mule and Back Plate Error are added and new 2017 series are updated, as of this time there are 710 slots in sets, and will change as the 2017 star notes are added. I will keep updating this Journal on the miss reports.
Added on July 8, 2019 - Six month have pass without a production report on the currency of FRN that have or have not been issue buy BEP. At this time there is no way to updated 2017 series currency sets. There is no way to see what star notes that have or have not been issue to the banks. I have checked with three banks in my area on the west coast  "Citi, Chase and Bank of America, all have not received any new currency as of the end of June.
Added on July 22, 2019 - BEP issue a new production report for May 2019 for both Western Facility (FW) and also Eastern Facility (DC) that cover One Dollar thru One Hundred Dollars notes. The one item need to be noted is the low run of L star with only 10,000 sheets printed.

The One dollar Federal Reserve Note – District Set with Stars and Varieties set type, was just updated to add the missing mule (m) and back plate error (bpe) notes to the set. The last change added more note slots count and was change to 704 within the set. As more information and research work is done, the number of notes within this set will be added. Also some of the mule note are BEP sheet note and would need to be added as part of this set and are some of rarest. You will find most of information in Robert Azpiazu book, “Collector’s Guide to Modern Federal Reserve Notes – Series 1963 thru 2009” from Whitman Publishing, it’s also list all of series. This would help you the collector with notes that may not be listed within sets and help you fill in missing notes with in your collection. The SSFRN One Dollar set is one that will change with each new series. As I noted before this is like a penny collection that will change with time or a living set and sum of the later notes can be pick up at your local bank.

At this time the BEP SSFRN sheet notes are not part of the Registry sets of notes and are not part of the scoring system, but the sheet notes are listed in all are part of the some of the existing one dollar sets at this time. I have ask that the BEP sheet notes be added for all sets or as a stand-a-loan sets. All of the information is listed on the US Paper Money Website for $1 thru $100 notes with all the serial number listed. The Registry list Disney Dollars as part of sets, but this is not currency and was shut down by Disney and is only a collector items with full valve as normal currency. I have added a Disney note set to my Registry sets, an will add a note in near future. There are 16 sets listed in the Registry as of today, May 22, 2019.
I have two sheet notes on hand, they are 2003 Fr #1928-J with the following serial numbers J99896479A and J99910479A both were graded as PMG-67E and should be listed a RARE note with a high point count, with only 471,000 printed with the serial number range 99500801 thru 99971801. The notes are listed in the updated population report with a total of 14, with 12 in PMG-66E and 2 in PMG-67E.

NEW 2013 JACK LEW $1 DOLLAR NOTE
I have check the US Bureau Of Engraving and Printing (BEP) web-site and the new one dollar notes are in the printing stage, and will be printed on 32 subject note sheet and the 50 subject note sheet. BEP show the layout of the note position identifier on the upper lift hand side of the note next to the district number. As noted by BEP - Fifty-subject and 32-subject notes are distinguishable by one minor technical change. On a 50-subject produced note, the letter and number of the alpha numeric note-position identifier, is the same font size and smaller than the alpha letter of the 32-subject note. In comparison, on the 32-subject note, the number is a smaller font size compared to the letter.

They lower the point count for all notes with in all sets, you will see a lost of 100 to 10,000 points within each of the sets, like the $1 FRN - District Set with Stars and Varieties.
