I'm not familiar with World Banknote Grading but the grades seem okay.

John, hard to tell for certain; looks a bit "wavy" but that really means nothing. Too bad you don't have the note that was just before yours. I wouldn't worry about it; if you decided to send it for grading and authentication they can tell the difference between BEP cutting and non-BEP. Nice note and a keeper for sure. Hawaii note is definitely NICE

Received in change today. No, not from donut shop like the others. But it is a Star note and the price was very reasonable, $1. Think I'll keep it a while.
