I have been submitting coin sets to NGC and asked them to slab them in the multi-coin holder. Multi-coin holder seems to be a good idea to keep the coin sets together instead of keeping them individually. I specifically instructed them in the "special instruction" section to put certain coins in the multi-coin holder. Out of about 8 coin sets, only 1 set has been slabbed in the multi-coin holder after I sent an complaint email and talking to Scott Heller, the person who is in charge of multi-coin holder. One oversight can be forgiven, but 7 oversights? Is it only me, or anybody out there have the same problem? Are they getting arrogant because they are doing good business? On top of messing up my submitted orders, I've submitted 26 coins about 30 days ago, and coins are still listed as "received". I am getting tired of not getting the service I have paid for. The gentleman who wrote "No way to run a business" is right. They are quick about taking your money, but service is very slow. Reminds me of my insurance company. Quick to take more of my money but medical and prescription services are getting worse. Hmmmm... $99/year membership + grading fee + insurance fee + time waiting = bad service. Sometime I wonder if they are going to give my coins back. Let us all pray that NGC will "wake up and smell the coffee." Sincerely yours, ifee364
