National Banknote Help Please

I recently purchased a rare National Banknote Charter 12839 from Matoaka NB West Virginia. I have a Kelley's fifth addition volume that states there is only one Large note accounted for. Can someone let me know if more have been accounted for? What the serial number for the ones known? And of course is the one photoed new? I appreciate your HELP.

This has nothing to do with how much it is worth or how much one paid fot it? If anyone has Kelly's CD I would only like the information please I asked for. THANKS

Kelly shows just one large serial #1 Abt. Unc. There are five small size one of

which is also a serial #1. Pretty rare note here.
