Assuming that the Morgan Dollar was authentic, $30 was low as they typically go for at least $100 in poor condition, uncirculated prices are much higher. The $20 Cleveland it depends on the condition and which type, if in heavily circulated $60 might not have been to bay if a common variety.

The $5 Silver Certificate, Fr # 277, in that condition is probably worth $400 - $500, the $2 Silver Certificate, Fr # 250 is probably worth around $200 - $300. As far as having them authenticated and graded that depends on what you want to do with them, if keeping for yourself there's nothing wrong with leaving them in protective sleeves like you currently do, if you're looking to sell then I'd try to consign these to an auction house and let them worry about sending them off to PMG, if you just want them graded be it for a registry set or just because then that's cool. Just be aware that if you only sent these two notes into PMG it would cost you around $50 each and I'm not sure you'd be able to recoup that money fully. If there is a local coin shop or dealer close by you maybe able to submit these through them for a lower cost.
