All i want for chrismas is my 15 notes

I had sent my invoice in on Oct 26th, and after the notes were received, i checked the turn around time and it was 21 days, later i checked again, it was at 31 working days, well 31 working days had passed and they are still in receive. It is not back log when other invoices from dealers pass over your invoice. Don
