How about this.... I have the D and E full one hundred consecutive notes that include the 40 millionth note...... From the E39999901C thru E40000000C. Series 2013.

got real lucky.... I was able to get the forty millionth note from another federal reserve district in the same series... this one is from the Richmond (E) district. It also has numerous other special notes in the pack.
