How detrimental are these stains to this bill's grade? (see pics)

First post here, new collector.

 

I came across a bill that I am really interested in, but it has some slight staining - looks like fingerprints or water stains or something.

 

The bill is in great condition and has a rare signature combination - how much would these stains deter from its value?

Is it possible to post a picture of the note? Stains on a bill will make a difference in the condition and value. That is the best I can do without seeing the actual note.
