Fenntucky Mike
References put the printing at 1,000 notes, for those with prefix Aж. These notes were printed on paper with no watermark and there will be wavy lines of varnish on the note, they are on the back of this one. Wavy lines of varnish are unique to this prefix. From examples I've seen the serial number range seems to be between 282000 - 282999 or 282001 - 283000 Edited June 29, 2022 by Fenntucky Mike merooo

Fenntucky Mike
Just got this in the mail yesterday. I these have been available for at least a month now but I had to wait until now to pick some up, I was a little surprised that they were still available. I ordered direct from the printer, and it arrived FAST. Pretty easy ordering process and it's under a $100 with the shipping, I picked up two. There are still some left. https://www.2022ukrajina.cz/en/eshop/ It's a pretty great looking note to begin with but under UV it really pops, I'll see if I can get some pics of the note under UV lighting this weekend. The note comes with a trifold pamphlet and both are housed in a standard envelope. From the printer. Fenntucky Mike
I waited a long time to pick one of these up with EPQ and a decent grade, only 16 of the 38 notes graded have EPQ, roughly 42%. A really great looking note, I'm a little surprised it didn't grade slightly higher. Anyway, a welcome and long awaited addition. VE Coins
Recently picked up this Slovakia 5 korun produced in 1945 at the tail end of WWII. These notes were only issued for a short period of time before the war ended and can be harder to find especially circulating examples. Fenntucky Mike
The primary background color is usually a dingy brown-grey-green, finding one with a very pronounced blue is a real treat. The blue-green background on the previous 100 Karbovantsiv note I posted is a great look as well! I'm a little torn between the two as the darker brown overprint on the first note really makes the boarder and interior design elements pop, but masks some of the finer details such as the rays and floral design above the Cossack in wreath, and the floral designs upon which the left and right numerical denominations are located. The first note with blue-green background is the better overall note but this one is just a gorgeous looking note to look at, glad I have both. This note is P#38a, the previous was P#38b which could explain the ink variation.

Fenntucky Mike
An connected pair, cut from a sheet, both notes are cancelled. I knew the notes were cut from a sheet when I picked them up but I had never seen uncut Coupons before and since they had the selvage attached with cut/centering marks I just couldn't pass these up. Antiquescollectorscentre
These 2 interesting notes walked into my collectibles shop last October. Just returned from PMG with the 1/2 dinar as top population. They were sat in an old toffee tin for about 80 years and the owner nearly threw them away! Heading to London Coins March sale if anyone is interested. Fenntucky Mike

There are no 1/4 Dinar notes from the '41 issue that have been designated EPQ as of yet by PMG. Good luck with the auction.
Antiquescollectorscentre
Thanks Mike, for 3 years during WW2 the India Security Press printed notes for Iraq as the notes had become too difficult to ship from Bradburys in England. I wonder if any notes from this press have received an EPQ grading? Regards Matt Fenntucky Mike

I'm assuming that PMG thought the note was pressed as there were no annotations on the holder as to why it did not receive an EPQ designation. Fenntucky Mike
Pretty roached but the price was right. I'll unfold it, stretch it and press it to see if I can make it more presentable before sticking it in an album.
