Junkdrawer
This note walked into my shop a few weeks back. I figured it be wise to have it graded. Guess I need to learn more about purchasing paper money. I own it right, but didn't see the PVC as stated by PMG. Not the end of the world. Steve in Tampa
Just back from grading. I'm sending this back to PMG to get the notation changed from "Cutting Error" to "Misalignment Error". I'm curious how this type of error happens in this day and age of computerized inspection. I haven't seen this type of error since the 90's. The 2009 $100's are out there now. Techwriter
Junkdrawer, we should all be so lucky. If you're too worried about the PVC notation off your hands.

jtryka
I won this lot in the Lyn Knight Memphis sale last night, I have a reverse change over pair, now I have a forward change over pair to go with it. If only the one missing note was there it would have had both a forward and reverse pair. The photo is from the catalog, which shows the progression well. Aracona
Just curious. Why are serials that reflect called "radar" instead of palindrome or mirror numbers??? I understand "radar" is a palindrome but that seems a bit facile.
