It should not have been delivered to a zip code of 34243. If you can provide the tracking number we will be able to see if they possibly sent to a different P.O. Box and they still ended up delivering it to us. If we do not have the package you should probably start a claim on it with USPS. You can also check on the website under Confirm Package Delivery with your tracking number and it will let you know that we have received it and it is making its way through the intake process.
