Also how good is it regading its rarity and grade with the mentioned comment (repaired)?

Nice note!

I'm not noticing where the repair is but I do see some annotations on the back. I did a little searching and if I was going to guess I'd say the note would be worth in $600-$800 range. I don't deal in these at all but I wouldn't be surprised if it went a little higher.
