Good afternoon, thanks for your message.  An "As Made Inclusion" is defined as some sort of particle or particles inside the paper itself that was done during the paper making process. These particles are actually inside the note itself.  We put this as a way to identify that these particles, which may be visible, are not damage done to the note, but rather something that occurred in the actual note making process.
