Need help identify note and possible price "Marine National Bank of the City of New York"

Hello I would really appreciate it if someone could give me some information on this note I have and a possible price point. It reads "The City of Long Island City, Will pay to the holder here of the sum of FIFTEEN DOLLARS, on its presentation at the Marine National Bank of the city of New York, on the first day of AUGUST, 1883. being six months interest on certificate." It is signed by the city clerk A. Moran. Year 1883. No32. $15. Any help would be much appriciated.
