silver cert folded or not ?

Silver Cert 1928a . Is this considered folded, it looks like it was folded twice a long time ago but is flat now.

Seems like there is a fold line at the center in the photos, but hard to tell without seeing it in person.

The best way to tell if a note has been folded is to get yourself an LED flashlight and shine it across the edge of the note. This not only shows the folds, but it also highlights the embossing the note receives from the intaglio printing process and the serial numbers.
