Order Status Suggestion

It would be very nice if the Scheduled for Grading online status were further broken down into Scheduled, Grading and Encapsulating.


Just a suggestion.


And if that isn't possible, can more detail of the status be gotten by calling? I'd prefer not to bother customer service with that type of question, though.
