A little help please

I have been looking for a educational $5 for some time. My local B&M called and

said He had something I might want. Since all my collection is coins I was

expecting just that. When I finally got to his shop he showed me a $5 note he just got back from PCGS

It is a $5 educational graded VF25 PPQ FR270. I know this is the rarer of the three 1896 $5 notes.

Who can give me a good idea of its value. I have looked it up at Heritage, but you guys seem to have

your fingers on the pulse of this market better than I. Thanks
