Hey this is what i found at work tonight. I ve never really found one like this before. Ive gotten ones that the sides were cut and the bottom was longer than the top like a / | thing but this is different. I figure Id share it with you all.

Since there is no extra paper attached you will have a difficult time convincing anyone this is a genuine cutting error by the BEP. The same effect can be produced on any note with a scissors.

I wish i had the ...68 note to compare it to see if that had the extended border . But all i had was 69 and this 70. I admit i got excited thinking this is a BEP error. but without that 68 note that was cut above the page I dont think Ill ever know either way.
