I am referring to Bank of England king Charles III banknotes ( 5 / 10 / 20 / 50 ) pounds 

There is no details for the cut off dates for King Charles banknotes in the website 

please advise the exact date 

Bank of England is releasing the new banknotes of england and i want to send some for grading and adding   Early Releases / First Releases.

what is the cutoff date to receive the banknotes by PMG to have the Early Releases / First Releases note on label?

I want to change the address and the name for new submission, when I create new submission I have option to change the address which is clear to me, but how do I change the name of the person who will receive the shipment as the name filed is gray color and not editable?

I am facing so much difficulty with FedEx deliver for my current submission and I would like to change all my future deliveries from Home address to FedEx office, how do I do that ? should just change (Contact Info) from my address to FedEx office address ?

and what about if I want someone ells to pick up my future shipments from FedEx office, how do I add his name to the shipment ?
