  1. Hello, I am showing that this submission has been graded and is in line to be encapsulated. You should see this move forward soon. We appreciate your patience and understanding as we try to finish this submission as quickly as possible.
  2. Hello! Thanks for reaching out to PMG. It is hard to tell from photos alone and we would ask that the bills be submitted before we provide any verification of the notes. I apologize that I cannot provide any additional information at this time.

    Pick number

Hello! Pick Number – The Pick Number refers to the reference number given to each note listed in the Standard Catalog of World Paper Money, based on a system originally developed by Albert Pick.
  4. Hello again @Tcleste Thank you for the additional information! I am checking on this for you and hope to have an answer soon. UPDATE: These notes were graded before we were able to individually notate the Haxby number on the submission. This has since been updated and should now be located on the census. Please let us know if you have any additional questions.
  5. Hello @Tcleste, Can you please provide us with the certification number of the sheet in question so we can look into this further for you? Thank you so much!
  6. Hello! This is an excellent question. At this time, we cannot recommend or endorse a specific brand of sleeves, but you should be able to locate some on Amazon or a similar website. We would suggest looking up non-PVC Mylar banknote sleeves when searching for the sleeves. We do suggest the non-PVC sleeves as the PVC in the sleeves can damage the notes over time and we want to ensure your notes are cared for in the best possible way. We are sorry that we cannot be of further assistance to you with this subject.
  7. Hello! We understand your frustration and are working to improve the turnaround times as best as possible. We do apologize for any delays that you are experiencing and hope to have the turnaround times down in the near future. Please let us know if you have any additional questions.
  8. Hello! This is an excellent question! I have contacted our Registry department to confirm this information for you and I will let you know their response as soon as possible. Thank you for your patience.

    Super radar

Hello! A "Super" radar refers to notes where the middle six digits are all the same and the first and last digits are the same.
  12. Hello! Thank you for reaching out. At this time we do not offer a service to return the sleeves that the notes are submitted in. We do apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. You may label the sleeves in any way that you see fit. You can write directly on the sleeve or create a label to attach to the sleeve itself as well. The note line number would be the corresponding line number on the submission form for the note. This allows our receiving team and Graders to quickly identify the note. Please feel free to reach out anytime!
  13. Hello! We appreciate the feedback and understand your frustration. We know that turnaround times are important and we are working hard to ensure all submissions are completed in a timely manner. We have had a recent influx of submissions causing the turnaround times to increase and we hope to have the turnaround times back to where they previously were as soon as possible. we do appreciate your patience and understanding.
  14. Hello! It does look like these notes would qualify; however, it is ultimately at the Grader's discretion. Please see the below parameters for a Consecutive Bulk submission. Thank you. Notes valued up to $300. All serial numbers must be in consecutive order. One (1) break in the serial number sequence will be allowed for every 50 notes submitted. Multiple catalog numbers are allowed. All vintage or modern notes are accepted except error notes and Chinese notes issued from 1948 through the 1953 First Series notes (Pick numbers 800 to 859).
  15. Hello! We are so happy to hear that you have decided to submit with us. At this time we do accept packages from both USPS and FedEx. The decision on which carrier to choose would be up to your personal preference. As for the declared value, this would need to be discussed with the carrier of choice, they should have options to insure the package for the declared value. Thank you.
