Trump Disses "Harriet Tubman" reworked of the Twenty Dollars bills. The Secretary of Treasury Steve T. Mnuchin is correct when he says the reason for the delaying the long-planned reworked of the Twenty Dollars bill, is that he's got his hands full at this time is fighting counterfeiting. "The New York Times quoted senior Treasury officials as saying that  Mnuchin was worried that Trump might cancel the Tubman bill altogether, so he opted to avoid the inevitable outcry by delaying the release of the bill from next year to 2028". The release date was to be next year, on the 100th. anniversary of the constitutional amendment that acknowledge a woman's right to vote. The information above was in the LOS ANGELES TIME EDITORIAL section on Friday May 24, 2019 an on most of the TV news stations.
As notes in May 2018 ADDING - ONES journal, as notes that the new twenty dollars note would not be issue as long as Trump is in office. This mean that for another eight years, the MINI hall of fame that is the nation's paper currency will continue to be exclusively WHITE and exclusively MALE.
Added on June 6, 2019 - Why not the Native Americans on most of the existing currency, which is most part of the Western existing states. Is this the time to look at new redesigns of all the existing Currency series starting with the Twenty Dollars and then One Dollar thru the Hundred Dollars notes entering the twenty first century? Not just adding a Black or White women but also all the Native Americans, shut as  the American Indian, Eskimo, Hawaiian and the Mexicans American that were added with the area that Mexico ceded to the United States in 1848, the cession consisted of present-day U.S. state it's California, Nevada, Utah, most of Arizona, about half of New Mexico, about a quarter of Colorado and a small section of Wyoming. Also during this same time add Porto Rico and the U.S. Virgin Inlands. We have updated are flag with fifty states, why not the currency to cover all of the people. This could be part of new counterfeiting upgrade for both the front and back of the new small size Federal Reserve Notes series. The new currency could be infused the same way the Silver Certified were remove from circulation over a period of five or ten years.
Added on June 25, 2019 - "Statement from Bureau of Engraving and Printing Director Len Olijar, issue on June 14, 2019 - "The illustration published by the New York Times was a copy of an old Series note with the signatures of former officials, with a different image super-imposed on it. It   is not a new $20 note, as incorrectly stated by the New York Times, in any way, shape or form. The facsimile contained no security features or offset printing included on currency notes. There is nothing about that illustration that even begins to meet technical requirements for the next family of notes." You can see the full statement on BEP website.

With the President in the White House, its look like we will see the new redesign Twenty Dollars bill with in this year or next year, with "Harriet Tubman" on the bill in 2022 or 2024 series, only after the new Treasurer of the United State and a new Secretary  of the Treasury are name and approved by House and Senate. We will see the new "Harriet Tubman" bill that will be printed; I hope they can be printed at both the Washington D.C. and at the Fort Worth TX location. This will be the first time a person of color will be on any U S currency in the history of the United States. This bill first design was the 1928 series with Tate-Mellon and the next was in 1996 series with the Withrow-Rubin "Big Head" notes series was last printed in that format.
Starting in 2004 the new redesign notes with Marin-Snow series was the first printed in that format, and rand from 2004 thru 2021. This will be the fourth redesign for the Twenty Dollar notes. This is one of the most used notes of all the currently in circulation today. The Harriet Tubman bill will be an open face design, the same way as the series of 2004 current bill that are in circulation. This will be a newest note in the series of Twenty Dollars notes, within this collation.

At this time the BEP SSFRN sheet notes are not part of the Registry sets of notes and are not part of the scoring system, but the sheet notes are listed in all are part of the some of the existing one dollar sets at this time. All of the information is listed on the US Paper Money Website for $1 thru $100 notes with all the serial number listed. The One dollar Federal Reserve Note – District Set with Stars and Varieties set type, was just updated to add the missing mule (m) and back plate error (bpe) notes to the set. The last change added more note slots count and was change to 704 within the set. As more information and research work is done, the number of notes within this set will be added. Also some of the mule note are BEP sheet note and would need to be added as part of this set and are some of rarest. You will find most of information in Robert Azpiazu book, “Collector’s Guide to Modern Federal Reserve Notes – Series 1963 thru 2009” from Whitman Publishing, it’s also list all of series. This would help you the collector with notes that may not be listed within sets and help you fill in missing notes with in your collection. The SSFRN One Dollar set is one that will change with each new series. As I noted before this is like a penny collection that will change with time or a living set and sum of the later notes can be pick up at your local bank.

THE COLLECTORS SOCIETY - HAS UPDATE THE NOTES SETS WITH THE ADDITION OF 2013 SERIES NOTES
Over this past year The Collector Society has updated and corrected all of the Small Size Federal Reserve Notes sets and has added new notes to all of the denominations sets. But most of the work has been on the One Dollar notes sets with the addition of mules and back plate error notes along with the addition of the 2013 series notes printed by both the Washington DC and Forth Worth Facility. With the addition of the mules and the back plate error notes such as the 1974 FR #1908 with the 905 back plate error and the 1985 FR #1913 with the 129 back plate error were added to the One Dollar Federal Reserve Note - District Set with Stars and Varieties, this set now reflex the notes that are in the PMG graded notes within the population report. Also the Collectors Society have added and corrected the other sets and updated the scoring for the newly added star designation notes. Over this year (2016) you will see more changes to all of the Small Size Federal Reserve note sets. Also over the next two years we may see a change in the addition of a 2013A notes with a change of the Treasure of the United State or the Secretary of the Treasury.
Take a look at this Set Type: $1 Federal Reserve Note - District Set with Stars and Varieties, you will see the latest addition to the set. Within this district master set, there are 282 PMG-66E, 116 PMG-67E and 13 PMG-68E. Also within this set there are 42 RARE notes with a score ranging from 250 to 2500 points and three notes with a PMG-66 EPQ* star designation. Also only 48 out of 620 notes were purchase from a coin or currency dealer in a PMG holder, all other were from bank notes or from various current dealers and were sent in to PMG for grading. The remaining 4% or twenty two notes will be the hardest to fine graded or ungraded. The first change will be the addition of three new 2013 FR #3001-H, FR #3002-A and FR #3002-F* star. It had taken four year to build this One Dollar Master set and my take another four more to complete this set. Within the three One Dollar District Sets there is a total of 1,021 graded notes. Over the last seven years I have added a total of 1,946 notes, of that 1,941 notes are within all the sets.
This has been a very good year for the Small Size Federal Reserve notes and 2016 will be better.
Updated January 20, 2016 - The Journal Entry should be used to inform the members of the Collectors Society an add information to help the membership and share your notes and the love of the hobby. I have over the last six years to cover the Small Size Federal Reserve Notes and inform members of changes, upcoming notes and correction to the sets and help make correction to the scoring system, along with the addition of mules and back plate error notes. This series of small size notes will be with the American people for a lone time. As a collector I can not afford the price of sum of the large size notes or the gold series notes. This is away new members can start with notes from 1963 series to the present at a affordable price. The same way we all started with a penny collection or other US Mint coins.
