With the President in the White House, its look like we will see the new redesign Twenty Dollars bill with in this year or next year, with "Harriet Tubman" on the bill in 2022 or 2024 series, only after the new Treasurer of the United State and a new Secretary  of the Treasury are name and approved by House and Senate. We will see the new "Harriet Tubman" bill that will be printed; I hope they can be printed at both the Washington D.C. and at the Fort Worth TX location. This will be the first time a person of color will be on any U S currency in the history of the United States. This bill first design was the 1928 series with Tate-Mellon and the next was in 1996 series with the Withrow-Rubin "Big Head" notes series was last printed in that format.
Starting in 2004 the new redesign notes with Marin-Snow series was the first printed in that format, and rand from 2004 thru 2021. This will be the fourth redesign for the Twenty Dollar notes. This is one of the most used notes of all the currently in circulation today. The Harriet Tubman bill will be an open face design, the same way as the series of 2004 current bill that are in circulation. This will be a newest note in the series of Twenty Dollars notes, within this collation.

The last update by the BEP was for the fiscal Month of September 2020, this cover the Western Currency Facilities cover the 2017A series of notes. The only One Dollar notes that were printed were series 2017A E/A and E/B printed at the Washington DC Facility and for Western Currency Facility were the 2017A L/C series of One Dollar notes. This may be last set of notes to be printed under the current Secretary of the Treasury and the Treasurer of the United States.
With the election over and Joe Biden as newly elected President and with a new cabinet that will be names, we may see a new series of notes starting in mid-2021 with a new Secretary of the Treasury and a new Treasurer of United States. Also with the first woman Kamala Harris as VP, we may see a woman on the Twenty Dollars bill that was turn down by the other "GUY" in the White House, this would be a first and would be the right time.
Trump Disses "Harriet Tubman" reworked of the Twenty Dollars bills. The existing Secretary of Treasury Steve T. Mnuchin is correct when he says the reason for the delaying the long-planned reworked of the twenty dollars bill, is that he's got his hands full at this time is fighting counterfeiting. "The New York Times" quoted senior Treasury officials as saying that Mnuchin was worried that Trump might cancel the Tubman bill altogether, so he opted to avoid the inevitable outcry by delaying the release of the bill from next year to 2022 or 2028. The release date was to be next year, on the 100th anniversary of the constitutional amendment that acknowledge a Woman's right to vote. The information above was in the LOS ANGELES TIMES EDITORIAL section on Friday May 24, 2019.

Trump Disses "Harriet Tubman" reworked of the Twenty Dollars bills. The Secretary of Treasury Steve T. Mnuchin is correct when he says the reason for the delaying the long-planned reworked of the Twenty Dollars bill, is that he's got his hands full at this time is fighting counterfeiting. "The New York Times quoted senior Treasury officials as saying that  Mnuchin was worried that Trump might cancel the Tubman bill altogether, so he opted to avoid the inevitable outcry by delaying the release of the bill from next year to 2028". The release date was to be next year, on the 100th. anniversary of the constitutional amendment that acknowledge a woman's right to vote. The information above was in the LOS ANGELES TIME EDITORIAL section on Friday May 24, 2019 an on most of the TV news stations.
As notes in May 2018 ADDING - ONES journal, as notes that the new twenty dollars note would not be issue as long as Trump is in office. This mean that for another eight years, the MINI hall of fame that is the nation's paper currency will continue to be exclusively WHITE and exclusively MALE.
Added on June 6, 2019 - Why not the Native Americans on most of the existing currency, which is most part of the Western existing states. Is this the time to look at new redesigns of all the existing Currency series starting with the Twenty Dollars and then One Dollar thru the Hundred Dollars notes entering the twenty first century? Not just adding a Black or White women but also all the Native Americans, shut as  the American Indian, Eskimo, Hawaiian and the Mexicans American that were added with the area that Mexico ceded to the United States in 1848, the cession consisted of present-day U.S. state it's California, Nevada, Utah, most of Arizona, about half of New Mexico, about a quarter of Colorado and a small section of Wyoming. Also during this same time add Porto Rico and the U.S. Virgin Inlands. We have updated are flag with fifty states, why not the currency to cover all of the people. This could be part of new counterfeiting upgrade for both the front and back of the new small size Federal Reserve Notes series. The new currency could be infused the same way the Silver Certified were remove from circulation over a period of five or ten years.
Added on June 25, 2019 - "Statement from Bureau of Engraving and Printing Director Len Olijar, issue on June 14, 2019 - "The illustration published by the New York Times was a copy of an old Series note with the signatures of former officials, with a different image super-imposed on it. It   is not a new $20 note, as incorrectly stated by the New York Times, in any way, shape or form. The facsimile contained no security features or offset printing included on currency notes. There is nothing about that illustration that even begins to meet technical requirements for the next family of notes." You can see the full statement on BEP website.

At this time the BEP SSFRN sheet notes are not part of the Registry sets of notes and are not part of the scoring system, but the sheet notes are listed in all are part of the some of the existing one dollar sets at this time. I have ask that the BEP sheet notes be added for all sets or as a stand-a-loan sets. All of the information is listed on the US Paper Money Website for $1 thru $100 notes with all the serial number listed. The Registry list Disney Dollars as part of sets, but this is not currency and was shut down by Disney and is only a collector items with full valve as normal currency. I have added a Disney note set to my Registry sets, an will add a note in near future. There are 16 sets listed in the Registry as of today, May 22, 2019.
I have two sheet notes on hand, they are 2003 Fr #1928-J with the following serial numbers J99896479A and J99910479A both were graded as PMG-67E and should be listed a RARE note with a high point count, with only 471,000 printed with the serial number range 99500801 thru 99971801. The notes are listed in the updated population report with a total of 14, with 12 in PMG-66E and 2 in PMG-67E.

THE NEW 2017 SERIES WILL BE ADDED TO ALL EXISTING SETS, ALSO THE COMPLETION OF THE MULE AND BACK PLATE ERROR NOTES FOR ONE DOLLAR SETS AND UPDATING ONES THRU THE ONE HUNDERS DOLLARS REGULAR ISSUE NOTES SETS.

As I complete the One Dollar Master Set with only 43 notes remaining, I will spend more time building the other series of notes starting with the Two Dollars series thru the One Hundred Dollars notes, the first will be the Fifty Dollars notes and working to update and fill in the open slots. The second will be the five dollars sets. This will take some time to complete, for all of the sets. You will see them change as the notes are added to the sets. As part of this expansion I hope to see the BEP SHEET NOTES be added to the Registry sets, this would fill in and complete all of the sets for the One, Fives, Tens and Twenty Dollars notes that were printed by BEP and sold thru the BEP store buy United States Mint as a “premium product for the collectors”.

THE SMALL SIZE NEW ONE DOLLAR 2017 SERIES NOTES WILL BE ADDED TO ALL THE SETS THIS YEAR FOR BOTH DC and FW RUNS
I hope to complete the 2017 series of one dollar notes this year. In checking the population report, it's show that the total number of One Dollar notes graded at the end of last year is 543,984 an of that 176,139 are small size Federal Reserve Notes an of that 40,488 were One Dollar notes. The plan is to complete all of the remaining twenty nine Back Plat Error and Mule notes for the One Dollar FRN District Master set by the end of this year. This will be part of 46 note slots needed to complete the "$1 FRN District Master Set" for all the open slots. Over last year (2018) a total of 237 notes were sent in for grading by PMG and added to the sets.
The photo below is the first one of two graded from the San Francisco District issue.

SSFRN – THEY ARE ONE DOLLARS 2013 D AND J STAR NOTES
The last two one dollar star notes to be added to the $1 Federal Reserve Note – District Set with Stars and Varieties, master set are the 2013 D star block with two runs totaling 3,450,000 as a normal run and the 2013 J star block with only 250,000 notes printed making this a rare note. All the information is on uspapermoney.com and in BEP mouthy production data. The note were added to the MASTER ONE DOLLAR SET.

  13. STEVE R
Over 2019 you will see this set type “One Dollar Federal Reserve Notes – District Set with Stars and Varieties” change as more new notes are added and with the correction of Mule and Back Plate Error, also the addition of the sheet notes and other BEP issue items. This year, I hope to see the scoring system be completed to remove all of the dual scoring system. Over the last year 2018, with all the changes added up to more than 15 note slots to the sets. You will also see the addition of more 2017 series notes to fill in the open slots as the notes are graded by PMG.
One of the sheet note that need to be added is the 2003 Fr #1928-J sheet note serial number J99910479A in a PMG-67E this should be listed a RARE note with only 14 graded to date and only 471,000 printed with the serial number range 99500801 thru 99971801.

  14. STEVE R
The first will be the updating of the existing Five Dollars Small Size Notes sets to fill in the open slots and the addition of the 2017 series notes. The One and Five Dollars notes, along with the addition of 2017 series of $10 and $20 notes. The plan is to complete all of the remaining twenty nine Back Plate Error and Mule notes for the One Dollar FRN District Master set by the end of this year. This will be part of 46 note slots needed to complete the “$1 FRN District Master Set” for all the open slots. I have the SSFRN Five Dollars note sets schedule this year with 35 notes for one of the bulk submittal. Over last year (2018) a total of 237 notes were sent in for grading by PMG and added to the sets. Also this year will be the updating and adding more “Large Size Notes” this will expand the existing sets. Also updating all of the One Dollar sets with addition or up grading with higher graded notes. Also the addition of more Red and Silver Certificate notes.

As part of this expansion I hope to see the BEP SHEET NOTES added to the Registry this would fill in and complete all of the sets for the One, Five, Ten and Twenty Dollars notes.

  15. STEVE R
The One dollar Federal Reserve Note – District Set with Stars and Varieties set type, was just updated to add the missing mule (m) and back plate error (bpe) notes to the set. The last change added more note slots count and was change to 704 within the set. As more information and research work is done, the number of notes within this set will be added. Also some of the mule note are BEP sheet note and would need to be added as part of this set and are some of rarest. You will find most of information in Robert Azpiazu book, “Collector’s Guide to Modern Federal Reserve Notes – Series 1963 thru 2009” from Whitman Publishing, it’s also list all of series. This would help you the collector with notes that may not be listed within sets and help you fill in missing notes with in your collection. The SSFRN One Dollar set is one that will change with each new series. As I noted before this is like a penny collection that will change with time or a living set and sum of the later notes can be pick up at your local bank.

BEP ADDING MORE STAR NOTES - ONE RUN ONLY 3,200,000
In checking the last updated www.uspapermoney.info website on May 15th shows that only one run of Washington DC Boston A-star notes, so-called 80,000 this may be part of the November 2015 runs of 3,200,000 notes and only reported in April monthly update. It always best to check the updated printing reports on BEP website. As to the price only time will tell. I will be checking with my local Bank of America for new notes.
As-noted in us paper money update, Run #1 of Boston A1 star notes was also never reported by the BEP, but notes from this run have likewise been observed. The length of this run is greater than 2.5 million notes, so it was likely a full run.
Also the following notes have been printed, from Washington DC are FR #3002-A*, C, E, E* and the Fort Worth are FR #3001-G* and L* star notes, they are all listed in the April report.
We all get lucky from time to time, with new notes.
